Our omega-3-rich sashimi-grade Atlantic salmon is 100% sustainable. It is sourced from the pristine Norwegian fjords and topography-perfect Scottish waters and delivered to us fresh every day. Each piece of sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and maki roll is cut to precision by sashimi-trained fish ‘pros. Our sustainably-farmed jumbo prawns are the biggest on the market. We use whole grains, greens, aromatic herbs, authentic miso, traditionally-brewed soy sauce, high-quality seaweed, toasted seeds, and seasonal veggies. Most items on the menu are under 500 (good) calories. Our chicken is never frozen and comes from independently assured British farms. itsu food is about planet-loving happiness and well-being.
