Try our sushi, cut from ethically sourced sustainable fish picked from the cleanest waters of the world, calming noodle broths, and colourful rice pots. Our gyoza and bao buns are delicately steamed and packed with aromatic ingredients. Each box is professionally hand-crafted freshly in-store every day.

At our itsu Victoria Station restaurant, sashimi-grade fish freshly delivered to our kitchen every day is sourced from the crystal clear Norwegian fjords and Scottish waters. Our fish ‘pros cut every piece of fish to precision and prepare it with skill gained from years of sashimi training. The sushi rice is cooked in Suzumo cookers above 90c to a precise 4.5pH level by our rice ‘pros. We use whole grain brown rice grown and milled in Spain, chosen for its nutty texture and high fibre content. 

By using seasonal ingredients, we use vegetables and fruit at their best. Our fresh vegetables are always steamed and never fried. We only source our chicken and produce from ethical and sustainable supply chains and British farms that are independently certified. itsu Victoria Station serves veggie meatballs and our menu includes vegan, plant-based, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free options.
