Hearty meals beautifully made

Premium salmon from Norwegian fjords and Scotland are delivered to our sushi restaurant at Regent Street every morning on ice. Our jumbo sushi prawns are ASC certified  and each slice of sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and maki roll is the perfect size and weight. Our fish ‘pros have world-class sashimi training to achieve precision and balance of flavours. 

When our rice ‘pros cook the whole grain brown rice grown and milled in Spain, it is always above 90C and at 4.5pH level. We never use frozen chicken; it is always freshly delivered to our Japanese restaurant Regent Street from British farms with independently verified welfare policies. 

We always steam our gyoza, bao ‘buns, and bespoke vegetable mix. Our soy sauce comes from a traditional Japanese family brewer, and the authentic miso paste is made with herbs and spices from Nagano Valley.
