Our Asian-inspired food is crafted with premium sustainable ingredients selected for their flavour, nutrition, and texture. Most dishes are under 500 (good) calories, and 38% of the menu is plant-based. We serve vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free dishes freshly made in our kitchen every day.

Ethical supply chains & sustainable ingredients 

Fresh Atlantic salmon comes from the highly oxygenated and topography-perfect Norwegian fjords and Scotland. Each piece of sushi is precision sliced by sashimi-trained fish 'pros. Our Spanish-grown whole grain brown rice is rich in fibre and nutty in texture. Chicken at itsu is always fresh and never frozen; it is sourced from independently assured British farms with high welfare standards. Our bespoke mix of veggies is always local and seasonal.
