Our rice ‘pros cook whole grain brown rice in Suzumo cookers above 90c and to a 4.5pH. Grown and milled in Spain, it is high in fibre and nutty in texture. We choose the most delicious varieties of seasonal vegetables, steamed, never fried. Freshly cut fruit goes into our refreshing smoothies. Our chicken & spring onion gyoza and the vegetable fusion gyoza have been perfected with obsessive experimenting.
