Our Japanese restaurant Eastcastle Street serves Asian-inspired cuisine, with each dish prepared freshly in-store from ethically sourced sustainable ingredients. Our sushi is fresh, with superior sashimi-grade fish being delivered to us every day. Carefully selected seasonal ingredients, both British and international, come from sustainability-certified suppliers. Our chicken meets the welfare standards of the Better Chicken Commitment and is never frozen.

Our sushi is prepared by sashimi masters we call fish ‘pros. They have accomplished years of training, excelling in precision and flavour. We bring our salmon from the Norwegian fjords and Scotland. The premier Sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls are made every day under the watchful eyes of our fish ‘pros and rice ‘pros at our sushi restaurant on Eastcastle Street. 

Our traditional soy sauce is made with a 2000-year-old recipe by a Japanese family brewer. We only use authentic miso paste made from herbs and spices in the Nagano Valley; never powder. We always steam our menu items and never fry them.
