Flavour comes first

Our sushi restaurant in Stratford selects sashimi-grade salmon from Norwegian fjords and Scotland delivered to us every day. In the kitchen, the fillets are sliced to precision by our fish ‘pros, who have had extensive training in the art of sashimi. The rice is cooked under the watchful eyes of our rice ‘pros for the right consistency. 

From the whole grain brown rice grown and milled in Spain to Haas avocados, perfectly ripe, we carefully select nutrient-high quality ingredients. Our soy sauce made by a traditional Japanese brewer is a 2000-year-old recipe. The miso paste is made with herbs and spices from the Nagano Valley. And, our signature teriyaki has mirin rice wine and fresh ginger for extra depth and flavour.
