Pour some boiling water over the rice noodles in a bowl and leave to stand for 4 mins.
Add two sachets of miso’easy chilli to 400ml of water and heat to simmer. Then add 6 itsu veg fusion gyoza and the broccoli and simmer for 3-4 mins.
Strain and separate the rice noodles between two bowls, top with the miso infused gyoza and broccoli, then pour over the miso broth. Finish with some spring onion and chilli flakes.
