you will need

  • rice paper
  • itsu crispy seaweed thins
  • pre-cooked sushi rice
  • cucumber
  • avocado
  • cooked salmon
  • sriracha mayo
  • sesame seeds (toasted for extra flavour)

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    start by soaking your rice paper in water 

  2. step 2

    then add one of our crispy seaweed thins to the centre

  3. step 3

    top with sushi rice, cucumber, avocado and salmon 

  4. step 4

    add sriracha mayo

  5. step 5

    add another one of our seaweed thins 

  6. step 6

    fold it all up like a dumpling 

  7. step 7

    coat in sesame seeds for a nice crunch
