you will need

  • 1 pack itsu sticky hoisin umami'meatballs
  • 6 shiitake mushrooms
  • 4 spring onions
  • Hoisin sauce [optional]

you will need

  1. step 1

    Pre-heat oven to 200, cook meatballs on baking parchment for 12 mins

  2. step 2

    Remove the meatballs and allow to cool for a minute then build your skewers [meatballs, spring onions, mushroom, spring onion, meatball]

  3. step 3

    Coat with the sachet from the meatballs [save a little bit for a glaze at the end]

  4. step 4

    Pan fry on a high heat for 5-10 mins until golden

  5. step 5

    Glaze, plate up and serve with additional hoisin sauce [optional]
