crispy pork rice bowl

you will need

  • 1 carton itsu chicken ramen brilliant'broth
  • 150g lean pork mince
  • 2 tbsp sriracha chilli sauce
  • 250g pouch pre-cooked brown rice
  • 6 tender stem broccoli
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Fry the pork mince in a small frying pan with a splash of oil until golden and turning crispy. Drizzle in the Sriracha sauce and cook for a further 2-3 mins.

  2. step 2

    Simmer the broccoli in a pan of softly boiling water until tender.

  3. step 3

    Heat the rice as per the packet instructions and divide between two serving bowls.

  4. step 4

    Warm the brilliant'broth in a small saucepan until piping hot.

  5. step 5

    Pour the brilliant'broth over the rice and top with the crispy chilli pork, broccoli, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
