crispy chilli oil ramen

you will need

  • 2 pak choi
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 12 itsu chicken gyoza
  • 1l pack of itsu sesame chicken broth
  • itsu crispy chilli oil
  • 4 itsu udon noodles

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Cook the noodles following on-pack instructions and seaprate into 4 bowls.

  2. step 2

    Cut the pak choi in half and remove the root. Fry in 1 tspn of oil so it is seared on both sides and add 4 tbsp of water to the pan until they are soft. 

  3. step 3

    Cook the gyoza using the pan fry method on pack.

  4. step 4

    Meanwhile, add the sesame chicken broth to a pan and bring to a boil. 

  5. step 5

    Finely slice the red pepper and spring onions. Add them to the bowls of noodles, along with 3 gyozas.

  6. step 6

    Pour the hot broth over the assembled bowls.

  7. step 7

    Add 1 tspn of crispy chilli oil to the top of the ramen bowls and serve.
